Before we get into it, you should know that I’m not the whistle-wearing, scream-in-the-gym kind of women’s health coach.

Or the “just manifest it, babe!” kind, either.

And now that we have that out of the way, we can talk about how I *can* help you – through evidence, empathy, and the kind of practical and science-based coaching that doesn’t require you to buy (and sell) branded protein shakes or cut out bread forever.

Hi, I’m Brittany Morgon – board-certified health coach and hater of misinformation.

To be honest: I don’t even like calling myself a women’s health coach, because that term has been thoroughly co-opted by MLM recruiters, Instagram fit-fluencers, and anyone who lost a few pounds and decided they were now qualified to sell “accountability.”

So let me put it like this:

I’m who you call when you’re tired of being set up to fail by diet programs and supplement companies whose main goal is to keep you stuck and shame spiraling (so you keep coming back and paying for more “solutions”).

Having an Instagram feed full of ass, abs, and ~affirmations~ doesn’t qualify someone to give you health advice.

Neither does sliding into someone’s DM’s with an “exciting new business and weight loss opportunity!”

Here’s what qualifies me to call myself a women’s health coach who can actually help you do the thing (not just try, “fail,” and spiral about the thing):

→ A Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, with an emphasis in Lifestyle Coaching

→ Board certification in Health Coaching

→ An extensive collection of specialty certifications (gotta catch ‘em all) in areas like weight management, preventing type 2 diabetes, and managing high blood pressure

→ A background in food science, research, and product development

→ Hundreds  of clients living their best shame-free lives, after working together

I don’t fuck around when it comes to science, psychology, or advocating for your rights and autonomy – and I refuse to hand you quick fixes that were never meant to work.

My job is to give you the tools and information that actually do, through evidence-based strategies, mindset shifts that stick, and the kind of support that makes health feel doable.

You don’t have to force yourself into strategies your brain was never built to sustain.

The reason most health coaches and programs fail you is because they don’t take neuroscience (or usually, any science) into account. There’s always a reason your brain does what it does — and when you actually understand that reason, you can adapt, adjust, and move forward instead of spiraling, blaming yourself, or starting over from scratch.

If you’ve been burned by shitty health coaches before, you’re probably wondering if you can trust me – or anyone ever again.

And while I know that a promise on the Internet can only go so far (and often, doesn’t go very far at all) – with me, what you see IS what you get. I don’t have ulterior motives. I won’t try to sell you my ~proprietary~ supplement blend. I’m not going to recruit you into new “opportunities.”

I will, though, answer your DM’s, always lead with transparency, and carry these values with me wherever I go:

Evidence Over Ego

Every recommendation is rooted in science and psychology, not fads or personal anecdotes. You deserve strategies that actually work, not whatever happens to be trending on Instagram.

Empowerment Through Honesty

I’ll always tell you the truth — even when it’s not shiny or easy — because clarity and autonomy matter more than quick fixes. My role is to help you make choices that feel right for you.

Results Without Restriction

Your health shouldn’t feel like punishment. I’ll help you build strength, energy, and lasting habits without cutting out foods you love, obsessing over numbers, or forcing yourself into strategies your brain and body were never built to sustain.

Even though I’m a health coach, I’m not *that* kind of health coach – so here are some additional titles I lay full claim to:

Accidental Raccoon Landlord

They lived in my walls. Not on purpose — but after one chewed its way in during a remodel, apparently word spread in the raccoon community that free rent was available. For a while, I was unintentionally running a little raccoon Airbnb out of my house (and if I can handle that chaos, I can definitely handle helping you debunk whatever bullshit your last unqualified health coach tried to throw at you).

MLM’s Worst Nightmare

I’m sitting on a backlog of Instagram posts and blog articles slamming multi-level marketing companies (and advocating for policy change), because preying on women’s insecurities and calling it “opportunity” is not empowerment. If you’re looking for shakes, supplements, or “downlines,” you’re in the wrong place.

Recovering Planner Perfectionist

I once wrote out a morning routine for myself so detailed that it included “breathe” (which I believe is also colloquially known as… being alive). Thankfully, I’ve learned to relax a *little* since my “custom sticker for everything, including flossing my teeth” days. I still love a good sticker, though.

You could say I know my way around a fork, a barbell, and a lab.

I’ve done the training, collected the credentials, and built the tools — and I translate it all into real-life health advice you can actually use on the blog, so you don’t have to keep Googling symptoms or doom-scrolling wellness advice.

Auditory processor? I’ve got stuff for you, too.

I have absolutely zero doubts:

Lasting change is possible for you.

Even if you’ve tried every program out there. Even if you’ve “failed” more times than you can count. Even if you’ve been told your goals are unrealistic. The problem was never you — it was the plan that didn’t have your needs (or best interest) in mind.
