I am Brittany Morgon,

and I'm not your average health coach.

For starters, my credentials aren't limited to having an MLM starter pack and an Instagram page filled with pictures of ass and abs… I guess I missed the memo to become a fitness influencer.

I’m a board-certified health coach, professional nonsense-cutter, and wellness culture dropout. If it sounds like I have a vendetta against MLMs, toxic diet advice, and pseudoscience masquerading as empowerment... that’s because I absolutely do.

I help people build health behaviors that actually stick. Not because you tracked perfectly, or restricted yourself into burnout, but because you understood what your body needs and gave yourself permission to try again (and again).

Then, once a week, you’ll complete a more thoughtful reflection that gets a full coaching response from me - feedback, encouragement, redirection, and resources based on what’s coming up for you.

  • Sure - if your goal is rooted in health, not body hatred. I support body autonomy, which means if weight loss is something you’re hoping for, I’ll help ensure the process supports your health - physically, mentally, and emotionally. You won’t be shamed for the goal, but we won’t sacrifice your well-being to chase it, either.

  • Nope - and I don’t pretend to be. I’m a board-certified health coach and exercise physiologist. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My job is to support behavior change, build sustainable habits, and help you take action on the health guidance you’ve already been given. If you need clinical support beyond my scope, I’ll help you find a trusted provider who can work alongside us.

  • Yes - many of my clients are navigating conditions like prediabetes, PCOS, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, or chronic stress and fatigue. My role is to support the behavior side of your care: helping you build habits and routines that reduce risk, improve quality of life, and align with your medical guidance. I don’t diagnose or treat - I'm here to help you follow through on the work that does improve outcomes. If you're unsure if it's a fit, reach out - we'll figure it out together.

  • Only if it helps you. Tracking is a tool, not a rule. I’ll never require calorie or macro tracking, and I don’t believe in surveillance-style accountability. We use reflection-based tools like values check-ins, energy ratings, and symptom patterns to build self-awareness and clarity. If tracking gives you insight or a sense of stability, we can use it in a way that feels supportive - not obsessive. If it doesn’t serve you, we’ll find a different strategy that does.

  • Cool. Welcome to being human. This is a no-shame zone. I’ll help you figure out what happened, what you need, and how to move forward without spiraling into guilt or quitting.

  • You’ll have private messaging access to me inside the app. That means you can check in midweek, ask questions, vent, celebrate a win, send me memes and puppy photos, or talk through a hard moment in real time. I’m in your corner- not just during scheduled sessions.

  • It probably wasn’t you. It was probably the “coach.”

    So I have to ask - are you sure what you experienced was actually coaching? A lot of programs are run by teachers, consultants, mentors, advisors, gurus, or grifters calling themselves coaches.

    But real coaching? That’s something else entirely. It’s a collaborative, client-led process rooted in psychology and behavior science. It’s designed to build self-efficacy through reflection, support, and meaningful change - not performative advice or forced accountability.

    If your last experience came with scripts, shame tactics, or vibes-only motivation, I can promise you this will be different.

  • Depends on what “results” means for you. Most clients start noticing changes in energy, self-awareness, and emotional regulation within the first few weeks. Physical markers like blood sugar or blood pressure shifts may take a bit longer - but we track more than just symptoms. We track capacity, confidence, and momentum.

  • Science-informed, millennial-coded, and allergic to toxic positivity. I’m here for nuance and nervous system regulation.
