I am Brittany Morgon,

and I'm not your average health coach.

For starters, my credentials aren't limited to having an MLM starter pack and an Instagram page filled with pictures of ass and abs… I guess I missed the memo to become a fitness influencer.

Instead, I've spent the last 10+ years studying and researching evidence-based health science, exercise physiology, nutrition science, and health behaviors. Heck, I even went back to school after a career in food science and I’m about to finish a whole other degree in it.

All of this is to say: I'm the real deal.

  • Your diet history will be assessed during onboarding, but know my promise of wellbeing beyond weight is very different from what you may have tried in the past. Unlike traditional programs focusing solely on weight loss and quick fixes, my coaching program prioritizes sustainable behavior change and empowers you to cultivate a positive mindset towards whole health. We'll work together to create lasting habits that contribute to your overall health and happiness.

  • My coaching program is rooted in evidence-based practices, personalized guidance, and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals who have been involved in MLMs face. There are A LOT of coaches out there! Some a very good and qualified, however many more are psuedocoaches operating as MLM salespeople. I focus on empowering you to make informed decisions about your health, nurturing body positivity, and celebrating your unique journey. I operate under the strict ethical guidelines of my credentials and I am not here to push products on your or ask you to “join my team.”

  • The duration of the coaching program will vary based on your individual goals and needs. I do require a 3 month minimum commitment upon enrollment to ensure we have enough time together to make changes. After that, you get to choose how long you need to work with me for on a month-to-month basis. For your reference, most of my clients work with me for about 15-20 months.

  • Absolutely! My coaching approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. We'll work together to create a nutrition plan that aligns with your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals.

  • Your well-being is at the forefront of everything I do, and completing an application is a crucial step to ensure that I can provide you with the best possible support within my scope of practice. Here's why I ask you to complete an application:

    Ethical and Legal Considerations: As a health and wellness coach, it's my responsibility to operate within ethical and legal guidelines. Completing an application helps me understand your needs, goals, and potential medical or health considerations that may impact our coaching journey.

    Scope of Practice: While I'm committed to empowering you on your wellness journey, there are certain areas, such as eating disorders or medical nutrition therapy, that fall outside my scope of practice. Completing an application allows me to identify any potential areas where specialized support may be necessary and refer you to qualified professionals if needed.

    Mutual Alignment: The coaching relationship is a partnership, and it's important for both of us align our goals and expectations. Completing the application allows you to express your needs and preferences, ensuring that our coaching journey is a positive and productive experience for you.
