It’s time to permanently retire the phrase “next time will be different,” with support from a no-bullshit health and wellness coach.

It happens every time you start a new program: you promise yourself THIS is the time it finally sticks. It even feels easy at first: riding the high of quick results, new promises, and the dopamine hit every time you do something “good.”

But the plan didn’t account for cake at your kid’s birthday party, the happy hour invite from your friends, or the fact that it feels impossible to drag your ass out of bed at 4 A.M. to go work out – so you cut a slice, order the apps, hit the snooze button, and swear tomorrow will be a fresh start…

And the whole time, all you can think is: “But will it ever really be?”

Let’s Break The Cycle

If you’re here, I’m guessing…

You keep trying to be disciplined, but you keep “messing up” – and your inner voice (ugh, not *her* again) keeps wondering:

→ Why you were cursed to be so “lazy,” when it seems to be incredibly easy for other people

→ When you’ll finally find the magic program you can stick to, instead of having to constantly try (and fail) new ones on repeat

→ Why none of your “good habits” seem to last, no matter how badly you want them to

The problem isn’t that you lack
willpower or self-respect.

You’ve just never had a health and wellness coach who cared more about your success and well-being than taking your money for another round of shakes, powders, or videos.

It’s time to finally change that.

The secret to lasting healthy habits isn’t just in the plan – it’s in the process.

You can’t hustle your way out of bad health advice, especially when that advice is wrapped in the message that if you can’t do it, you’re the problem.

When you learn how to (truly) take care of health – and how to rewrite your brain’s default patterns instead of fighting them – you can stop starting over and:

→ Break the all-or-nothing cycle that keeps you bouncing between “focused” and “fuck it”

→ Handle setbacks without throwing away the entire plan – or your goals

→ Feel confident in your ability to make change stick – even when life doesn’t go as planned (because does it ever?)

→ Finally stop blaming yourself for every failed plan, and put the blame where it belongs: on the shitty plans that have failed you

“I used to fall for all the trendy diets and products that promised instant results. But now, I've learned to put on my ‘hype-blinders’ and see through the marketing gimmicks.”

“The shift to celebrate progress instead of chasing perfection has completely changed my outlook on life. Brittany has taught me that health and wellness is a journey - not a destination - and I'm so grateful for all the lessons she’s helped me learn along the way!”

Finally break the cycle with

Health Behavior Coaching

Health behavior coaching isn’t about quick fixes, doing all the “right” things, and being “good” all the time (so that you can become another faceless before-and-after photo used to sell a supplement).

It’s a science-based, psychology-informed approach that helps you understand your own patterns, rewire the way you respond to setbacks, and actually build habits you can live with – for good.

Here’s how I’ll help you go from shame spiral to self-trust:

01 | Set the direction

You can’t get where you’re going without figuring out how you got where you are. When you join, you’ll immediately get access to tools and resources to help you uncover:

  • Who you actually want to become through health coaching, and why

  • What values actually matter most to you (not to me, your last coach, or that fit-fluencer you can’t bring yourself to unfollow)

  • What’s holding you back from becoming who you want to be, and doing what you want to do

Unlike other health and wellness coaches that skip the essential foundations, slap arbitrary goals on you, and send you off with a cheerful, “Consistency is key!” I’ll help you define what’s really important to you – and set goals around it. This is the secret to building habits that last, not just ones that feel good to post about (and promptly forget).

02 | Stay the course

Coaching isn’t a one-time pep talk; it’s a steady, collaborative practice (and the truth is, your habits won’t stick just because you wrote them on the first page of your latest Notebook That Will Fix Everything).

Each day, you’ll complete a quick check-in (think: under 3 minutes) to help you notice – without judgment – how your choices stacked up against your values and actual life.

Once a week, you’ll dive into a more thoughtful reflection that helps you spot patterns you’d normally miss: the triggers that keep throwing you off, the routines that are actually working, and the adjustments that will make everything feel more doable.

I’ll respond with personalized coaching:  feedback to keep you moving, encouragement when you need it, and science-backed strategies that make sense for you.

03 | Navigate detours without losing your shit

Life doesn’t pause between weekly check-ins, so neither does your support. Inside your coaching app, you’ll have private access to me for questions, check-ins, feedback, or to bitch when things feel ‘off’ or hard.

This isn’t just a program you “follow” – so it’s not one you can fail.

It’s a continuous collaboration, built to help you stop spinning in the cycle of “try, fail, start over” and finally build habits that last longer than a 21 (or 75 😉) day challenge.

Everything You’ll Get With Your Health Coaching Membership

High-Touch Support

Consistent access to me for questions, comments, chaos, and celebrations between check-ins – so you’re never alone or confused.

Real-Life Coaching

It’s “coaching” in the truest sense of the word: I won’t tell you what to do, but I will help you figure out what works for you, and support you while you build the skills to do it.

Insight and Action

Quick daily check-ins (under 3 minutes) + deeper weekly reflections, so you can spot patterns, make adjustments, and take action in real time – instead of waiting for “next time.”

BONUS! Resource Vault

A private library of bonus resources, including my Navigating Nutrition course, recipes, and helpful templates you can dig into whenever you want extra support.

Optional Exercise Programming

Want your workouts handled too? You’ll have the option to add fully customized exercise programming, written by an exercise physiologist (spoiler: it’s also me) right inside your coaching app.

Here’s what other health and wellness coaches won’t tell you:

Pretending that you’ll never have setbacks is the reason you constantly have to “start over.”

Most health coaches and programs completely disregard the fact that failure, setbacks, and “mistakes” are actually a crucial part of progressif and only if you learn how to meet yourself in the moment, adjust your thoughts and actions, and adapt to the new challenge.

Before Health Behavior Coaching

You jump into every new plan, full of motivation and energy – only to crash hard when life inevitably happens. You find yourself…

  • Promising this time will be different

  • “Messing up” once, then living in denial until next Monday

  • Swearing you just  need more discipline (while secretly wondering if you’re broken)

  • Beating yourself up for not being consistent, even though you’re exhausted from trying so hard

  • Panicking that you’ll never figure it out – and maybe this is just the way it’s going to be

With Health Behavior Coaching

You stop chasing hacks and start building habits that actually work, and allow you to find – and build on – actual success. You…

  • Learn how to adapt when setbacks happen, without throwing the whole plan in the trash

  • Build routines that fit your life instead of rearranging your life to fit a plan

  • Feel confident in your choices, without guilt, shame, or second-guessing

  • Recognize patterns that used to trip you up – and know exactly how to respond differently

  • Feel capable of sustaining your health for the long run, without obsession or burnout

So…what kind of goals can we work on together?

Honestly, it’s not my job to hand you a checklist of “right” goals – it’s my job to help you figure out which goals will support you with what actually matters to you.

Here are some examples past clients have chosen (and crushed):

Building strength to carry kids, groceries, or just feel capable in your own body

Learning how to manage blood pressure, cholesterol, or blood sugar without spiraling into panic at every meal

Rebuilding a healthy relationship with food after years of rules, resets, and restrictions

Creating a realistic workout routine that doesn’t require living at the gym or forcing pain for the sake of gain

Getting through busy seasons without losing every habit you’ve worked so hard to build

Finding ways to navigate stress without stress-eating or shutting down completely

And here’s the best news:

Health behaviors are just skills in disguise – which means you can learn them and get better at them.

It’s how you can reduce your risk of chronic illness, manage existing conditions, and finally feel like yourself again – by building skills like:

  • Knowing what to prioritize when life feels chaotic

  • Managing your energy and capacity without spiraling when both are low

  • Making consistent choices without throwing things away the second they get hard or weird

  • Learning how to keep going even when motivation is gone

  • Building trust in your own body and decisions again

It’s not about being “perfect,” it’s about learning the skills that matter – whether that’s by finally getting consistent with your meds, finding an exercise routine you don’t hate, or actually planning your meals instead of telling yourself that your lukewarm coffee with a splash of skim milk was a satisfying breakfast.

Health behavior coaching can help you create habits to better manage things like:

  • Hypertension (blood pressure)

  • High cholesterol

  • Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance

  • Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

  • IBC and digestion

  • Thyroid disorders

  • Anxiety, depression, and insomnia

  • Chronic pain or fatigue

  • Perimenopause and hormone shifts

  • Cardiometabolic conditions (like heart disease)

"I'm so relieved to have found someone like Brittany, who values honesty and authenticity. It's like a breath of fresh air after being bombarded by false promises and quick fixes.

“Rebuilding my wellness journey after Optavia hasn't been easy, but having someone like Brittany – who supports me every step of the way and encourages me to make informed choices – has been incredibly empowering."

–Emily H.

Hi! I’m Brittany – and I’m not *that* kind of health coach.

Unlike the uncredentialed influencer who swears by a $150 multivitamin that changed their life ~forever~, I’m a health coach in the most literal sense of the word – meaning I’m not here to tell you what to do and leave you hanging when it doesn’t work.

Instead, I use my degree in Health Sciences, board certification in Health Behavior Coaching, and actual science to help you unlearn the harmful, shitty “advice” that’s been shoved at you – and replace it with evidence, realistic goals, and skills built to last.

There isn’t a mental block you can throw at me that I can’t explain through neuroscience, then help you address through actual behavior change.

Whether you want the “TL;DR: This approach might work better for you” version or the full-ass “the mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell” edition – I’ll always be quick to challenge shame and spiraling by helping you understand (from a science-based standpoint) why something may not have worked out the way you hoped it would, and how to get through it without beating yourself up.

You absolutely CAN finally get results and change your own life through health behavior coaching, even if you…

  • Have “failed” every program you’ve ever tried

  • Are convinced you just suck at being consistent

  • Are living with a chronic health condition like PCOS, IBS, or high blood pressure

  • Don’t have time to make your entire life about health (it really does just take a few minutes per day)

  • Are skeptical that you can see real, lasting change in just a few minutes per day

(And you can do it without guilt-inducing habit tracking, weighing your food, and carrying a literal gallon jug of water with you everywhere you go. No one wants to be that person.)

Frequently Asked Questions

Don’t see the answer to your question? Email me at coach@brittanymorgon.com!

  • Nope – and that’s the point. My job is to help you figure out what works for you, not hand you a copy-paste plan that falls apart the second real life kicks in. I’ll give you education, resources, and guidance – but I’ll never pretend to know your life better than you do, or throw a meal plan at you and pretend that’s coaching.

  • That’s totally okay – and you’re far from alone. Many of my clients are unsure of what they want - they just know that what they’re doing isn’t working anymore. We’ll work together to figure out why things aren’t working for you, and what shifting things could look like – the official “goals” can come later.

  • I’m not a doctor, dietitian, or therapist – I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. What I do is help you actually follow through on the guidance you’ve already been given. Think of it this way: your providers give you the what. I give you the how: the tools, strategies, and support you need to turn advice into daily action.

  • Of course – I want you to feel as confident as possible in your decision to join. I don’t believe in stupid questions, and I do believe in honest, non-judgmental answers – so email me at coach@brittanymorgon.com or DM me on Instagram, and I’ll reply as quickly as possible!

  • Depends on what “results” means for you. Most clients start noticing shifts in energy, self-awareness, and how they handle stress within the first few weeks. Physical changes like blood pressure or blood sugar often take longer – but here’s the good news: progress isn’t just measured in lab results or pant sizes.

We also track the wins that are harder to measure — your capacity, your confidence, your ability to bounce back when life throws you off – and those kinds of results usually show up a lot sooner than you expect.

  • Everything about health behavior coaching is designed to set you up for long-term success, including the 3-month minimum starting period. I promise it’s more helpful for your brain to commit up front – and helps you get better, longer-lasting results.

  • I designed my health behavior coaching services to fit as seamlessly into your life as possible – so there’s no need for us to carve out time to find a quiet corner and pray your pets (or kids) don’t interrupt our Zoom. We’ll communicate in writing through a convenient, complimentary app – and I’ll help you find lasting changes in just minutes per week.

  • At this time, I’m not able to directly accept insurance – but many of my clients have been successfully reimbursed by their HSA/FSA accounts for their coaching (here’s more details on what you need). I can also provide you with a “superbill” (services receipt) for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement – email me for more details.

It’s time to stop starting over.

When you learn how to work with your brain instead of against it, you can finally build habits instead of burning out.
