It’s easy to get the immediate ick when someone says they’re a coach – because frankly: a lot of “coaches” just want to make you feel like you’re not enough so they can sell you the “solution.”

Let me be clear: I’m not here to sell you an intensive plan, the newest pill, or whatever the hell an “energy stick” is. But I can promise that I’ll always give it to you straight, back it with science, and go off on science-y sidebars about brain chemistry when it helps you understand why nothing’s worked – and what will.
